Do we need to buy our own VR headsets, or do you provide them?
No, you do not need to purchase any hardware. Draxon provides a complete turnkey solution, which includes the Meta Quest 3 VR headsets. We handle the hardware sourcing so you can focus on training.
What hardware specifications are required to run the training?
None. We provide the Meta headsets with the Draxon software pre-installed and configured. No expensive gaming PCs, cables, or complex IT infrastructure are required on your end.
Can this integrate with our existing LMS (Learning Management System)?
We understand the importance of centralizing your training data and are currently developing an LMS integration solution. Please ask our sales team for the latest updates on this feature's availability.
Is your training compliant with IATA / ISAGO standards?
Yes, our training is strictly aligned with IATA AHM 1110 and IGOM standards. Our Belt Loader training is already fully IATA certified, and we are currently finalizing certification for our entire training portfolio.
How long does the setup process take?
The process is designed for rapid deployment. We ship the headsets directly to you with all software pre-installed. Once they arrive, your team can literally put them on and start training immediately.
Do you offer a pilot program or a demo version before we commit?
Yes, we offer a trial contract that allows you to evaluate the effectiveness of the training within your operations before committing to a full rollout.
Is the training multi-user? Can an instructor monitor the student in real-time?
Yes to both. Our platform supports multi-user environments, and instructors can monitor student progress in real-time via our web-based Trainer Portal, ensuring full visibility into performance and safety compliance.
