- The trainee looks up to confirm readiness with the colleague inside the cargo hold, receiving a visual confirmation before starting.
- The first baggage piece is highlighted in the cart, signaling the start of operations.
- Step 1: Grab the highlighted baggage with both hands, maintaining proper stance and posture.
- Step 2: Rotate smoothly and place the baggage onto the belt loader with the handle facing up for the colleague’s easy grab.
- Each correct placement is acknowledged with positive feedback, while mistakes such as lifting with one hand, dropping baggage, or incorrect handle orientation trigger a rewind and corrective guidance.
- The sequence repeats for five baggage pieces, reinforcing a steady rhythm and ergonomic precision.
- The lesson concludes after successful loading of all baggage, confirming correct handling, placement, and teamwork during live loading operations.
