This exam assesses understanding of all operational towable stairs lessons. Trainees demonstrate knowledge about the correct approaching, positioning, and departure procedures, ensuring safe and disciplined operations at the aircraft.

Exam Procedure

  • The exam consists of 15 multiple-choice questions designed to assess comprehension of all operational towable stairs procedures.
  • Each question focuses on one or more of the following key topics:

    • Ensuring adequate fuselage clearance
    • Extending and securing handrails
    • Following correct signaling procedures
    • Executing a safe departure
  • For every question, several possible answers are presented.
    • A correct answer is acknowledged immediately with confirmation.
    • An incorrect response triggers corrective feedback.
  • To successfully complete the exam, trainees must achieve at least 12 correct answers out of 15.
  • If this minimum score is not reached, the trainee is encouraged to revisit and review the towable stairs lessons before retaking the test.
