Room Setup

• Use fixed chairs — avoid swivel chairs and armrests.
• Leave at least 1.5m (approximately 2 arm lengths) of clearance between chairs.
• Keep antibacterial wipes and microfiber cloths at each station.

Hardware Check

• Turn on the router and all headsets at least 30 minutes before the session to allow automatic updates.
• Check each battery pack: press the button and confirm at least 2 LEDs are lit. Replace any low batteries before the session.
• Check headset battery status:
  • ⚪ White – Full
  • 🟢 Green – Fully charged
  • 🟠 Orange – Charging
  • 🔴 Red – Below 10%, charge immediately
• Place 1 headset and 2 controllers (with wrist straps attached) on each chair.
• Keep spare AA batteries on hand for controllers.
