Trainee Onboarding

Fitting the Headset

• Loosen the rear dial and head strap, place the headset on the trainee's head, then close the strap and tighten the rear dial.
• For glasses wearers: press the small button inside the headset near the lenses and slide the face pad outward to create more space.
• Secure both controllers with their wrist straps.
  • Index finger – Trigger (Select)
  • Thumb – Stick (Move)

Headset Controls

• Power on – Hold the power button (left side) for approximately 5 seconds.
• Restart – Hold the power button for approximately 5 seconds, then select Restart from within VR.
• Volume – Rocker switch on the bottom of the headset.
• Lens focus (IPD) – Dial on the bottom-left adjusts the distance between lenses.

VR Login

• If prompted for a DDID on startup, enter the 4-character code printed on the headset or controllers. Note: 10 incorrect attempts will lock the device and require support to unlock.

• To log in:
  1. Launch the Draxon App from the headset library.
  2. Select Log In.
  3. Enter the trainee's username and 4-digit PIN.
