During the Session

Trainer

  • Monitor: Observe via Trainer Portal (Observer tab) if a trainee is stuck or struggling.
  • Safety: Looking around and remind trainees to stay seated.
  • Breaks: Recommended 3–5 mins break every 20 mins of VR training.

Motion Sickness

  • Symptoms: Nausea, dizziness, cold sweat (3–4% of users).
  • Action: Stop immediately. Do not encourage "pushing through."
  • Recovery: Remove headset, deep breaths, cool air. Symptoms subside quickly.

Common Adjustments

  • Blurry View: Adjust headset position on face or turn the IPD dial (bottom left).
  • Fogging: Clean with microfiber cloth; let headset acclimate to room temp.
