Trainer
- Monitor: Observe via Trainer Portal (Observer tab) if a trainee is stuck or struggling.
- Safety: Looking around and remind trainees to stay seated.
- Breaks: Recommended 3–5 mins break every 20 mins of VR training.
Motion Sickness
- Symptoms: Nausea, dizziness, cold sweat (3–4% of users).
- Action: Stop immediately. Do not encourage "pushing through."
- Recovery: Remove headset, deep breaths, cool air. Symptoms subside quickly.
Common Adjustments
- Blurry View: Adjust headset position on face or turn the IPD dial (bottom left).
- Fogging: Clean with microfiber cloth; let headset acclimate to room temp.
