Preparation

Room Setup

• Seating: Fixed chairs (avoid swivels and armrests).
• Spacing: 1.5m clearance (approx. 2 arm lengths) between chairs.
• Hygiene: Have antibacterial wipes and microfiber cloths ready.

Hardware Ready-Check

• Updates: Turn on Router + Headsets 30 mins before session to allow auto-updates.
• Battery Pack Check: Press button on battery pack. Needs 2+ LEDs lit. Replace low batteries.
• Headset Battery Check:
  • ⚪ White: Battery full
  • 🟢 Green: Fully charged
  • 🟠 Orange: Charging
  • 🔴 Red: <10% (Charge immediately)
• Equipment: Place 1 Headset + 2 Controllers (with wrist straps) on each chair.
• Controller Batteries: Keep spare AA batteries nearby.
