Connecting the Headset to Wi-Fi

Connecting to Wi-Fi ensures the headset always runs the latest version of the Draxon VR App. This is a one-time setup. Once connected, the headset will reconnect automatically each time it is turned on.

Connecting to Wi-Fi

Note: If you received a router from Draxon, your headsets are already pre-connected. Use the steps below to verify the connection is active.

If you did not receive a router (it is not included in your booking) or prefer to use your office Wi-Fi, follow the same steps but select your company network and enter the corresponding password instead.

Steps

  1. Turn on the headset. Once the home screen loads, find the Quick Settings panel in the bottom-left corner of the menu.
  2. Click on Quick Settings to open the menu.
  3. In the top-left of the menu, select Wi-Fi.
  4. If the headset is already connected, you are good to go. If not, select the correct network, enter the password (printed on the back of your router), and tap Connect.

Note: If you are connecting to your office Wi-Fi and do not have the network name or password, contact your IT team.

Tip: We recommend doing a quick Wi-Fi check before each training session to confirm the headset is online and running the latest software.
